Prof. Sahib Singh(ਇਹ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ ਕਿ) ਜੋ ਰੁੱਖ ਮੁੱਢੋਂ ਕੱਟਿਆ ਜਾਏ, ਉਸ ਦੇ ਟਾਹਣ ਭੀ ਸੁੱਕ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੩੧॥
