Prof. Sahib Singhਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਪਰਤੱਖ ਹੁੰਦਿਆਂ ਭੀ ਜੋ ਨਿੰਦਕ (ਗੁਰ ਤੋਂ) ਵਿੱਛੜੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਗਾਹ ਵਿਚ ਢੋਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਦੀ।
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਹੋਦੈ = ਹੁੰਦਿਆਂ। ਦਰਿ = (ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ) ਦਰ ਤੇ। ਢੋਈ = ਆਸਰਾ।

ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਸਤਿਗੁਰਿ = ਗੁਰੂ ਵਲੋਂ। ਫਿਟਕੇ = ਫਿਟਕਾਰੇ ਹੋਏ, ਵਿਛੜੇ ਹੋਏ। ਭੰਭਲਭੂਸੇ = ਡੱਕੋ-ਡੋਲੇ।

Fareedkot Teekaਵੁਹ ਗੁਰੂ ਕੇ ਫਿਟਕੇ ਹੂਏ ਅਗੇ ਹੀ ਕੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਥੇ, ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਉਨ ਕੋ ਮਿਲੇ ਸੋ ਉਸ ਕੋ ਭੀ ਕੁਸ਼ਟ ਹੀ ਉਠਤਾ ਉਤਪੰਨ ਹੋਤਾ ਹੈ ਅਰਥਾਤ ਅਤੀ ਦੁਖ ਪਾਵਤਾ ਹੈ॥
Prof. Sahib Singh(ਕਿਉਂਕਿ) ਗੁਰੂ ਤੋਂ ਖੁੰਝੇ ਹੋਏ ਉਹ ਤਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਹੀ ਕੋਹੜੇ ਹਨ, ਜੋ ਕੋਈ ਅਜੇਹੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦਾ ਸੰਗ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਭੀ ਕੋਹੜ ਚਮੋੜ ਦੇਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਜਿ = ਜੇਹੜਾ ਮਨੁੱਖ। ਉਠਾਹੀ = ਚਮੋੜ ਦੇਂਦੇ ਹਨ।

Fareedkot Teekaਜੋ ਹਰੀ ਕੋ ਛੋਡ ਕਰ ਦ੍ਵੈਤ ਭਾਵ ਮੇਂ ਚਿਤ ਲਗਾਵਤੇ ਹੈਂ ਤਿਨ ਕਾ ਦਰਸਨ ਭੀ ਨਾ ਕਰੋ। ਵਾ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰੇ: ਹੇ ਹਰੀ! ਮੈਨੂੰ ਤਿਨ ਕੇ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਨਾ ਕਰੋ॥
Prof. Sahib Singh(ਹੇ ਸਿੱਖੋ!) ਰੱਬ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਭੀ ਨਾ ਕਰੋ ਜੋ (ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ) ਮਾਇਆ ਦੇ ਪਿਆਰ ਵਿਚ ਚਿਤ ਜੋੜਦੇ ਹਨ।
