ਤੂੰ ਥਾਨ ਥਨੰਤਰਿ, ਭਰਪੂਰੁ ਹਹਿ ਕਰਤੇ; ਸਭ ਤੇਰੀ ਬਣਤ ਬਣਾਵਣੀ ॥

Sant Singh KhalsaYou are pervading and permeating all places and interspaces, O Creator. You made all that has been made.
Manmohan SinghMy Creator-Lord, Thou are fully-filling all the places and inter-spaces, Thou alone has fashioned all makes.

Fareedkot Teekaਹੇ ਹਰੀ ਕਰਤੇ! ਤੂੰ ਅਸਥਾਨੋਂ ਮੇਂ ਔਰ ਜੋ ਅੰਤਰ ਤਿਨ ਕੇ ਸਥਾਨ ਹੈਂ, ਵਾ ਜੋ ਤਿਨ ਮੇਂ ਰਹਣੇ ਵਾਲੇ ਜੀਵ ਹੈਂ ਤਿਨ ਮੇਂ ਭਰਪੂਰ ਹੋ ਰਹਾ ਹੈ। ਸੰਸਾਰ ਰਚਨਾ ਸਭ ਤੇਰੀ ਹੀ (ਬਣਾਵਣੀ) ਕੀ ਹੂਈ ਹੈ॥
Prof. Sahib Singhਹੇ ਕਰਤਾਰ! ਤੂੰ ਹਰੇਕ ਥਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਹੈਂ, ਸੰਸਾਰ ਦੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਬਣਤਰ ਤੇਰੀ ਹੀ ਬਣਾਈ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।

ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਥਨੰਤਰਿ = ਥਾਨ ਅੰਤਰਿ। ਥਾਨ ਥਨੰਤਰਿ = ਥਾਨ ਥਾਨ ਅੰਤਰਿ ਹਰੇਕ ਥਾਂ। ਕਰਤੇ = ਹੇ ਕਰਤਾਰ!

ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਰੰਗ ਪਰੰਗ = ਕਈ ਰੰਗਾਂ ਦੀ। ਸਿਸਟਿ = ਸ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀ। ਸਾਜੀ = ਪੈਦਾ ਕੀਤੀ। ਬਹੁ ਬਿਧਿ = ਕਈ ਕਿਸਮ ਦੀ।

Prof. Sahib Singhਹੇ ਕਰਤਾਰ! ਸਾਰੀ ਸ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀ ਵਿਚ ਤੇਰਾ ਹੀ ਨੂਰ ਹੈ, ਤੇ ਨੂਰ ਵਿਚ ਤੂੰ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਹੈਂ। ਤੂੰ ਆਪ ਹੀ (ਜਗਤ ਦੇ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ) ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਚ ਜੋੜਦਾ ਹੈਂ।

ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਜੋਤਿ = ਚਾਨਣ। ਵਰਤਹਿ = ਤੂੰ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਹੈਂ। ਤੁਧੈ = ਤੂੰ ਹੀ।

Prof. Sahib Singhਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਦਇਅਵਾਨ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈਂ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੂੰ ਗੁਰੂ ਮਿਲਾਂਦਾ ਹੈਂ, ਤੇ, ਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਮੂੰਹੋਂ ਤੂੰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਗਿਆਨ ਦੇਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤੁ = ਆਤਮਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਜਲ। ਰਸੁ = ਸੁਆਦ। ਉਰ = ਹਿਰਦਾ। ਧਾਰਿ = ਟਿਕਾਈ ਰੱਖ।

Prof. Sahib Singh(ਪਰ) ਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਦੀ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਦੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ (ਇਹ ਗੱਲ) ਸਮਝ ਲਵੋ (ਕਿ) ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਸਾਧ ਸੰਗਤ ਵਿਚ ਵੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ।

Prof. Sahib Singh(ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ) ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਸਿਮਰਨਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ, (ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਅੰਦਰੋਂ ਆਤਮਕ ਮੌਤ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ) ਹਉਮੈ-ਜ਼ਹਰ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਕੱਢ ਦਿੱਤੀ।

ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਮਨਿ = ਮਨ ਵਿਚ। ਬਿਖੁ ਹਉਮੈ = (ਆਤਮਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਕਾਣ ਵਾਲੀ) ਹਉਮੈ-ਜ਼ਹਰ। ਮਾਰਿ = ਮਾਰ ਕੇ।

ਜਿਨ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ. ਨ ਚੇਤਿਓ; ਤਿਨ ਜੂਐ ਜਨਮੁ ਸਭੁ ਹਾਰਿ ॥

jin har har naam. na chetio; tin jooai janam sabh haar |

Sant Singh KhalsaOne who does not remember the Name of the Lord, Har, Har, shall totally lose this life in the gamble.

Prof. Sahib Singhਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਬੰਦਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਯਾਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ, ਉਹਨਾਂ (ਆਪਣਾ) ਸਾਰਾ (ਮਨੁੱਖਾ) ਜੀਵਨ (ਮਾਨੋ) ਜੂਏ (ਦੀ ਖੇਡ) ਵਿਚ ਹਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।

ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਪ੍ਰਭ = ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਹਰਿ ਕੇ ਗੁਣ = ਹੇ ਹਰੀ! ਤੇਰੇ ਗੁਣ। ਅਥਾਹ = (ਐਸਾ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ) ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਹਾਥ ਨ ਪੈ ਸਕੇ। ਅਗਮ = (ਇਤਨੇ ਬੇਅੰਤ ਕਿ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਤ ਤਕ) ਪਹੁੰਚਿਆ ਨਾ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।

ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਕਿਉ ਕਰਿ = ਕਿਵੇਂ? ਜਪਹ = ਅਸੀਂ ਜਪੀਏ। ਇਆਣਿਆ = ਅੰਞਾਣੇ। ਅਗਾਹ = ਅਗਾਧ, (ਉਹ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ) ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਡੂੰਘਾਈ ਨਾਹ ਲੱਭ ਸਕੇ।

Prof. Sahib Singhਹੇ ਹਰੀ! (ਆਪਣੇ) ਦਾਸ ਨਾਨਕ ਉਤੇ ਮਿਹਰ ਕਰ, ਜੇ ਤੂੰ ਮਿਹਰ ਕਰੇਂ ਤਾਂ ਹੀ ਅਸੀਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਚਰਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਮਿਲ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਾਂ।

ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਕਉ = ਨੂੰ। ਤੁਠੈ = ਜੇ ਤੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਹੋਵੇਂ। ਮੇਲਿ ਮਿਲਾਹ = (ਤੇਰੇ) ਮਿਲਾਪ ਵਿਚ ਅਸੀਂ ਮਿਲ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਾਂ।
