ਸਭਿ ਘਟ ਭੋਗਵੈ. ਅਲਿਪਤੁ ਰਹੈ; ਅਲਖੁ. ਨ ਲਖਣਾ ਜਾਈ ॥

sabh ghatt bhogavai. alipat rahai; alakh. na lakhanaa jaaee |

Sant Singh KhalsaHe enjoys the hearts of all, and yet He remains detached; He is unseen; He cannot be described.
Manmohan SinghHe enjoys within the mind of all and yet remains separate from them. He is invisible and cannot be comprehended.
Manmohan Singh (Punjabi)ਉਹ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਮਨਾਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਮੌਜਾਂ ਮਾਣਦਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਤਦ ਭੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਨਿਰਲੇਪ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਅਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ।
Fareedkot Teekaਜੋ ਸਭ ਘਟੋਂ ਮੇਂ ਭੋਗ ਕਰਤਾ ਹੈ ਫਿਰ ਅਲੇਪ ਰਹਤਾ ਹੈ ਲਖਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਤਾ ਹੈ, ਸੋ ਐਸਾ ਅਲਖ ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਹੈ॥
Prof. Sahib Singhਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਪਤੀ ਸਾਰੇ ਘਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭੋਗਦਾ ਹੈ (ਭਾਵ, ਸਾਰੇ ਸਰੀਰਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਹੈ) ਤੇ ਨਿਰਲੇਪ ਭੀ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਅਲੱਖ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਸਮਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੈਂਦੀ।

ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਸਭਿ ਘਟ = ਸਾਰੇ ਸਰੀਰ। ਅਲਿਪਤੁ = ਵੱਖਰਾ, ਨਿਰਾਲਾ।

Prof. Sahib Singhਜਦ ਪੂਰੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਨੇ (ਉਸ ਅਲੱਖ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ) ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਤਾਂ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਮਝ ਪੈ ਗਈ।

ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਗੁਰਿ = ਗੁਰੂ ਨੇ। ਸਬਦੇ = ਗੁਰ-ਸ਼ਬਦ ਦੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ।

Prof. Sahib Singhਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਨੁੱਖਾਂ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਦੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਅਹੰਕਾਰ ਦੂਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਪੁਰਖ ਨੂੰ ਜਪਦੇ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਪੁਰਖ ਦਾ ਰੂਪ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।

ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਸੇਵਹਿ = ਸਿਮਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਜਿਨ੍ਹ੍ਹੀ = ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਨੁੱਖਾਂ ਨੇ। ਜਲਾਈ = ਸਾੜ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।

Prof. Sahib Singh(ਸੱਚਾ) ਸੇਵਕ ਉਸ ਸੱਚੇ ਹਰੀ ਦੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਤ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਹਰ ਵੇਲੇ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।

Fareedkot Teekaਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕਹਤੇ ਹੈਂ: ਮੁਝ ਦਾਸ ਕੋ ਸੋ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮ ਗੁਰੋਂ ਨੇ ਦੀਆ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮ (ਹਲਤਿ ਪਲਤਿ) ਲੋਕ ਪ੍ਰਲੋਕ ਮੇਂ ਹਮਾਰਾ ਨਿਸਤਾਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਹਾਰਾ ਹੈ॥੧੫॥
Prof. Sahib Singhਦਾਸ ਨਾਨਕ ਨੂੰ ਭੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਨੇ (ਉਸ) ਹਰੀ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਇਸ ਲੋਕ ਵਿਚ ਤੇ ਪਰਲੋਕ ਵਿਚ ਪਾਰ-ਉਤਾਰਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੧੫॥

ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਗੁਰਿ = ਗੁਰੂ ਨੇ। ਹਲਤਿ = ਇਸ ਲੋਕ ਵਿਚ। ਪਲਤਿ = ਪਰਲੋਕ ਵਿਚ ॥੧੫॥
