ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਬਿਖਮੁ = ਔਖਾ। ਅਸਗਾਹੁ = ਬਹੁਤ ਡੂੰਘਾ, ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਹਾਥ ਨ ਪੈ ਸਕੇ। ਪਾਰਿ ਪਾਹਿ = ਪਾਰ ਲੰਘ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।

ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਸੇਇ = ਉਹੀ ਬੰਦੇ। ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤੁ = ਆਤਮਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਨਾਮ-ਜਲ। ਖਾਹਿ = ਖਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਛਕਦੇ ਹਨ।

ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਬਿਖਿਆ = ਮਾਇਆ। ਰਸ = ਚਸਕੇ। ਛਾਰੁ = ਸੁਆਹ।

ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਨਿਰੁਧ = {ਸੰ: to ward off evil} ਦੁੱਖ-ਕਲੇਸ਼ ਵਿਕਾਰ ਆਦਿਕ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਰ ਕਰਨਾ। ਨਿਰੋਧਰ = ਵਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ।
