ਮਨ ਕੀ ਸਾਰ. ਨ ਜਾਣਨੀ; ਹਉਮੈ ਭਰਮਿ ਭੁਲਾਇ ॥

man kee saar. na jaananee; haumai bharam bhulaae |

Prof. Sahib Singh(ਪਰ) ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਮਿਲਿਆਂ ਹੀ ਨਾਮ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਸੁਖ ਵਿਚ ਸਮਾਈ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ॥੨॥

Prof. Sahib Singh(ਸੰਸਾਰ ਤੋਂ) ਤੁਰਨ ਵੇਲੇ ਮਾਇਆ ਨਾਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਂਦੀ, (ਪਰ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਕੀਤੇ) ਪਾਪ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਿਰ ਤੇ ਲੈ ਜਾਈਦੇ ਹਨ।

Sant Singh KhalsaThat lost opportunity will not come into his hands again, and in the end, he regrets and repents. ||6||

ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਮੁਹ ਫਿਰੇ = {ਮੁਹਫਿਰਾ = ਉਹ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਮੋੜਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੋਵੇ} ਮਨਮੁਖ।

Prof. Sahib Singhਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕਦੇ, ਮੁੜ ਮੁੜ ਜੰਮਦੇ ਤੇ ਮਰਦੇ ਹਨ;

Fareedkot Teekaਜੈਸੇ ਬਰਾਤੀਆਂ ਕੀ ਥਾਲੀ ਕੋ ਲੜਕੀਆਂ ਬਾਂਧ ਦੇਤੀ ਹੈਂ। ਵਹੁ ਜਿਸ ਗੀਤ ਵਾ ਸਬਦ ਕਰ ਬਾਂਧਤੀ ਹੈਂ ਤਿਸ ਕਾ ਨਾਮ ਮੁੰਦਾਵਣੀ ਹੈ। ਵਹੁ ਬਰਾਤੀ ਉਸ ਮੁੰਦਾਵਣੀ ਕੋ ਨਿਕਾਸ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਭੋਜਨ ਖਾਤੇ ਹੈਂ। ਤਿਸ ਤੇ ਵਿਤ੍ਰੇ ਕੀ ਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਾਂਤ ਕਰ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਕਰਤੇ ਹੈਂ:☬ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਇਸ ਸਰੀਰ ਵਾ ਰਿਦੇ ਰੂਪੀ ਥਾਲੀ ਬੀਚ ਸਤ ਔ ਸੰਤੋਖ ਪੁਨਾ ਸਤ ਅਸਤ ਕਾ ਵੀਚਾਰ ਇਹੁ ਤੀਨ ਵਸਤੂ ਪਾਈਆਂ ਹੈਂ। ਪੁਨਾ ਇਸਮੈਂ ਹਰੀ ਨਾਮ ਰੂਪ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਤ ਭੋਜਨ (ਸਾਰੁ) ਸ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਟ ਹੈ, ਇਹੁ ਮੁੰਦਾਵਣੀ ਹੈ॥
