Fareedkot Teekaਨ ਤਿਨ ਕੋ ਮਾਨਸਕ ਦੁਖ ਹੋਤਾ ਹੈ, ਨ ਤਿਨ ਕੋ ਸੂਖਮ ਸਰੀਰ ਮੇਂ ਈਰਖਾ ਰੂਪ ਦਰਦ, ਨ ਵੱਡਾ ਰੋਗ, ਭਾਵ ਅਹੰਕਾਰ ਵਾ ਤ੍ਰਿਸਨਾ ਰੂਪ ਹੋਤਾ ਹੈ, ਨਾ ਤਿਨ ਕੋ ਮਾਇਆ ਹੀ (ਪੋਹੇ) ਲਗਤੀ ਹੈ॥
Prof. Sahib Singh(ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਮਿਹਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈਂ) ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਇਆ ਪੋਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕਦੀ, ਕੋਈ ਦੁਖ ਦਰਦ ਕੋਈ ਵੱਡੇ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡਾ ਰੋਗ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪੋਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕਦਾ।

ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਮਾਇ = ਮਾਇਆ।

Prof. Sahib Singh(ਕਾਮਾਦਿਕ ਵਿਕਾਰ) ਬੜੇ ਸੂਰਮੇ ਤੇ ਬਹਾਦਰ (ਸਿਪਾਹੀ) ਹਨ, ਕਿਸੇ ਨੇ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਠੱਲ੍ਹਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ।

ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਵਰੀਆਮ = ਬਹਾਦਰ। ਹੋੜੀਐ = ਰੋਕਿਆ।

ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਸਤਾਣੀ = ਤਾਣ ਵਾਲੀ। ਹਠ = ਹਠੀਲੀ। ਪੰਚਾ = ਪੰਜ ਕਾਮਾਦਿਕਾਂ ਨੇ।

ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਨਾਰੀ = ਇੰਦ੍ਰੇ। ਅਉਧੂਤ = ਤਿਆਗੀ।

Prof. Sahib Singhਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਪੱਖ ਤੇ ਨਿਰੰਕਾਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਏ, ਉਸ ਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਦਬਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਾ ਸਕਦਾ।

ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਪੋਹੇ = ਦਬਾ ਪਾਏ।

ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਵੁਠਾ = ਵੱਸਿਆ। ਸਚਿ = ਸੱਚ ਦੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ, (ਭਗਤਾਂ ਦੇ) ਸਿਮਰਨ ਦੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ। ਸਮਾਹਰਾ = ਸਮਾਇਆ ਹੋਇਆ।
